At nowByou, product safety is our top priority. Because our fragrances and body-care items are applied directly to the skin, we cannot accept returns once a product has left our facility. This ensures that every item you receive is fresh, safe, and has not been tampered with.
If your order arrives damaged, you are eligible for a 100% credit equal to the item’s value. To qualify, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the shipment and include a photo of the damaged goods. Once verified, we will credit your account so you can select a replacement product at your convenience.
